Terry recently responded to the question, "what is the first priority in your job?" with such a simple, elegant and age old answer: "the customer is always first." It is this core belief in providing quality consistent customer service that makes Terry one of the most informed, knowledgeable, and easiest to work with sales people in the industry. Keystone Granite recently went through some remodeling, one of the first steps, inspired partially through Terry's ideas was to build an indoor air-conditioned showroom. He explained it as, "outside it's hot, uncomfortable, and sometimes even dangerous, but we can transform this into a place of comfort, where customers, builders, and decorators want to come and look around." Terry and company president, John Monahan, set out to compliment our state-of-the-art machinery with a selection process to match. In addition to this drive to service the customer, Terry is our lead templator. Using a laser digitizer, he is able to accurately capture the bows and angles of the walls. Accompanying this process is a digital camera to capture the detail needed to answer questions which may arise and for the rest of the production team to see the kitchen they are working with. "Capturing the kitchen in its production stages shows our team what they are working towards, they don't always get to see the finished product, but they get to see a work-of-art as it nears completion. That's important in the stone industry, we aren't just craftsmen; all of us embrace it as a form of art."
